=) I doubt Intel HD 3000 graphics will cut it im afraid, the minimum GPU requirement is an 8800GT whihc is about twice as powerful than the HD 3000. =( But that being said running it in DX10 might help. Although I wouldnt expect to get a great frame rate or be able to run at anything other than minimum settings. =/ If I find the DX10 patch I shall be sure to email it to you.
